Enfusia is a great experience! I have been using two tumblers of Enfusia per day and it usually is sufficient to have smooth energy throughout the day. There is no “nervous” feeling from it. Caffeine rattles my nerves and even upsets my stomach. The added bonus with Enfusia is the lack of appetite. If I'm hungry all I have to do is drink some Enfusia and it will take the edge off. About a year ago, I was diagnosed with acute seasonal asthma. I had dealt with a cough for five years.
