Understanding the Fast Start Bonus Weekly Pay Plan (FSB)

The Fast Start Bonus is paid weekly.
All purchases made by any new member within the first calendar month of their entry into your organization shall be paid as specified in the FSB chart.
The FSB has two pay levels with two levels of pay percentage each.
The entry pay level (DISTRIBUTOR), which has a requirement of $45 PV does not require Automatic Monthly Order (AMO). This is referred to as "AUTOSHIP" on the Compensation Plan Chart.
All other levels (BRONZE, SILVER, GOLD, PLATINUM, DIAMOND, DOUBLE DIAMOND, TRIPLE DIAMOND, BLUE DIAMOND) require specific qualification requirements on AUTOSHIP (see Compensation Plan Chart).
If you want to earn the maximum commissions from the FSB, get set up at the $125.00 PV/AUTOSHIP level. This will allow you to earn the highest commissions from the first month purchases of all new members within your FSB pay levels.

Understanding the Monthly 8-Level Pay Plan (Plus Bonus Pools)

The NutriHarmony pay plan was designed for both the part-time and full-time income earner. Whether your goal is to earn hundreds of dollars per month, many thousands per month or everything in between, this plan was created especially for you. Please note that on levels one and two the compensation plan pays you 10% Commissionable Volume on all sales. Most companies pay out 3% to 7% on those levels. A combined Earnings of 20% on levels one and two is a tremendous advantage to the part-timer as well as the big income earner. Experienced networkers know that the key to creating a large, stable organization is to have as many people as possible earning money quickly.

This plan is an 8-level, unlimited width pay plan. Checks are paid monthly. You have up to 8 pay levels and 8 rank advancements that can be achieved through the various qualifications shown in the chart. As with the Fast Start Bonus, a monthly qualifying requirement on AUTOSHIP (AMO) is required for all levels other than DISTRIBUTOR level (See Compensation Plan Chart).
As outlined in the chart, a percentage is paid on the volume of each level. This is the percentage of Commissionable Volume that you will be paid on up to 8 levels of your organization, as long as you qualify for those levels.
The monthly Group Sales Volume (GSV) is calculated through all 8 pay levels.
The special 2% Customer Bonus (CB) is earned if at least 70% of your GSV comes from the purchases made by your PC's.
Leader Product Volume Bonus (LPVB): A special bonus paid on the 8th level to those who qualify (see Compensation Plan Chart).
Bonus Pools: There are 3 bonus pools: one for the rank of Double Diamond, one for the rank of Triple Diamond, and one for the rank of Blue Diamond. An equal share of the indicated percentage of CV-GSV is paid out to each person, who qualifies for the pool. Once a Double Diamond qualifies for the rank of Triple Diamond, he or she completely exits the Double Diamond pool and enters the Triple Diamond pool. Once a Triple Diamond qualifies for the rank of Blue Diamond, he or she completely exits the Triple Diamond pool and enters the Blue Diamond pool.

Compensation Plan Summary & Definitions

Sponsor: A NutriHarmony Sponsor is an existing member Business Associate who introduces the NutriHarmony business opportunity or product line to someone and subsequently helps them to enroll as a NutriHarmony member. The sponsor is immediately upline in an organization from this new member — and is generally responsible for the day-to-day coaching, encouragement and assistance of this new member.
PC = Preferred Customer: A NutriHarmony Preferred Customer is one who chooses to purchase NutriHarmony products at the wholesale member price for their entire family, but may not take part in the Compensation Plan, unless they choose to upgrade to a Business Associate — which is FREE and includes a business building replicating website at no charge.
BA = Business Associate: A NutriHarmony Business Associate is one who chooses to earn a part-time or full-time income by telling others about this NutriHarmony product line and income opportunity. A Business Associate also purchases the products at the wholesale member price.
PV = Personal Volume: The dollar amount of products you have to personally purchase each month to qualify for commissions at a given rank.
CB = Customer Bonus (2% Bonus): A bonus level attained when at least 70% of your total sales volume is derived from the purchases of PCs in your organization. The customer bonus is replaced by the Leader Product Volume Bonus for the ranks of Double Diamond and above.
CV = Commissionable Volume: The volume of a sale upon which commissions are calculated.
GSV = Group Sales Volume: The sales volume generated by your entire organization, down through 8 levels.
LPVB = Leader Product Volume Bonus: A percentage of CV from a specific product (known as the leader product), paid out on the 8th level. As an example, the energy product known as Enfusia™ is considered the current leader product. Based on the NutriHarmony Compensation Plan, either 2%, 4% or 10% (depending upon rank) of the Enfusia™ CV would be paid out on the 8th level — as the Leader Product Bonus. Note: The 8th level bonus only applies to the "leader" product. No CV from any other product (other than the leader product) will be paid out on the 8th level. It's at the sole discretion of NutriHarmony Corporate to determine which product is the leader product.

The 8th Level Bonus is achieved when you reach the specified rank of Double Diamond (2% bonus), Triple Diamond (4% bonus), and Blue Diamond (10% bonus). You can earn the bonus in two ways:
- Your organization's volume, calculated through 8 levels, must increase by a minimum of 1% or more for that calendar month.
- You reach the level of $1 million USD or more in monthly sales volume — again calculated through 8 levels.
The distributor whose volume is over $1 million USD would qualify for this bonus, whether or not their group volume increased by 1% or more. However, they would not qualify for this bonus if their volume dropped below the one million dollar mark and their group sales volume for that month did not increase by 1% or more.
Autoship = AMO (Automatic Monthly Order): An automatic monthly product order shipped on the same date each month. For levels BRONZE through BLUE DIAMOND, monthly qualifying order must be on AMO in order to earn commissions through the NutriHarmony pay plan. With the entry level rank of DISTRIBUTOR, monthly qualification is not required to be on AMO.
Commissions: Monies paid weekly or monthly, depending on the pay plan in which they were earned.
